Roxanne Elkins, Client Services Manager

Ms. Elkins joined Vision in 2004 after several years of experience in the collections industry. Roxanne was quickly promoted to Supervisor and was responsible for a collection staff of five.

 

Her ability to work well with clients become apparent and Vision promoted her to Manager of Client Services in May, 2007 where she serves today. Roxanne’s experience in both I.T. and Operations has made her a valuable resource in dealing with client issues and changes.  She is a primary leader on the Client Implementation Team and has helped multiple clients in multiple specialties.

 

Roxanne is a certified collector and has a certificate in Project Management as well as certificate in Telephone Communications.  She is actively pursuing an Associates Degree in Business Management from Purdue University North Central.  She expects to graduate in June, 2011.
